Deadline for the payment: 10th of February!!!!
All persons that haven't paid until 10th of February will lose their place. These "lost" participants will be replaced with egeans from the waiting list. Only the persons who have registered to the congress can replace the „lost" participants. In case of cancellation, the place will be filled with next person in entity's priority list. If there are no more people from your entity (on the waiting list) this place will be given to another entity from waiting list. Egeans that have already paid and wish to cancel should contact their contact person and the N&BRC-Organisers as soon as possible.
Deadlines for cancellations:
Cancellation until 15th of February, no fee will be charged.
Cancellation from 16th till 24th of February, 30% of congress fee will be charged.
Cancellation after 24th of February, the full congress fee will be charged.
